The selection of in-stock items always amazes me at NFM. We needed a very large rug pad and not only was it in stock, but we picked it up two hours after we ordered it. The drive-through pick up process is exceptional. You scan your barcode from your order, drive up to the stall that they tell you to park in, and then a friendly individual brings your order to you and loads it in your car. A very well-oiled process!

Professional! Never thought replacing carpet in our house would be a pleasant experience, but it was with NFM. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful but no pressure. The schedulers kept us informed, and answered all our questions. The measure guy did a great job. The installers were Professional and very careful with our funature. Last but not least, we got better quality carpet for a lower price than lowes or home depot. One last comment, everyone we dealt with seemed to enjoy their job. That is rare these days.

I've shopped at NFM multiple times since they've opened. Many years ago it was to redo the kitchen appliances. New Bosch dishwasher (that I still love! It's so quiet!), changed from electric to induction cooktop and a new LG refrigerator. Don't get me started on the LG brand - in our house it stands for Long Gone! The refrigerator only lasted 3 years before the compressor froze and it was of course no longer under warranty. ** Anyone considering buying an LG anything I suggest you research it. Wish I did. It would have saved me a lot of time & money - all the lost groceries in my freezer/refrigerator. The issue we experienced was a well known issue that many others experienced first hand as well. Just Google it! Instead of trying to get it repaired we decided to cut our losses and just buy a new Whirlpool refrigerator. I was limited to only a few models because of the space. This recent shopping trip was for a new twin mattress for the bed my grandson sleeps on during occasional sleepovers. I wasn't looking for top of the line, just something comfortable. We were approached by a nice salesman named Sam. He was great! He didn't try and oversell what we needed. We found a great Serta mattress for $319! He explained that the coils are individually wrapped and it's not quite as heavy and hot as the solid foam mattresses tend to be. Delivery was $50 and we set that up for the end of the week. Then I mentioned to Sam that I was also needing a new pillow. The one I'm replacing has two sections and one side has crushed up foam and the other has a solid piece of foam. Sam directed the hubby and I over to the pillows and suggested we do a pillow fitting. I'd never heard of that but boy it was needed. They had different thicknesses of pillows. I'm a side sleeper and found that the Glacier 1.0 was just what I was looking for. I think I've been sleeping with too high of a pillow resulting in a neck ache. Hubby preferred the Cosmo 2.0. The cost of both pillows was more than the twin mattress, but we are very happy customers. We love our new pillows and the new mattress! I would definitely seek out Sam again if I'm shopping for any bedding needs. Sam was a true pleasure!

Grady says Mommie purchased a new freezer for Creekside Café. Since it's Memorial Day weekend & appliances are on sale (tax free too!) we decided to upgrade & purchase a new garage freezer. Let me just say how awesome NFM is on service, from the salemen to the cashier to the delivery dudes, very satisfied customer!!! We went to Home Depot yesterday and they had only 1 freezer to look at and no one was available to assist us. Lowe's had 2 freezers which were Media's, never heard of that brand. And all the employees were MIA. We purchased our kitchen fridge from NFM in 2018, still a happy customer.
